  • 15-minute telephone & remote control session per workstation/server per month
    • $25 per quarter-hour thereafter
    • No rollover time: minimum 15 minutes per session; those cumulative sessions allowed per month, but not used, will expire at end of billing cycle.
  • Unlimited remote monitoring
  • Unlimited remote software upgrades & patch management
  • Unlimited remote software installations
    • Available software utilities and company’s legally licensed software only
  • Minimum on-site fees reduced from two hours to one hour
  • Private access to customer service web portal
  • Private access to remote control portal - connect to your office PC

No Support Plan At All: $0 per workstation/$0 per server per month
    • No monitoring

    • No technology meetings

    • Minimum on-site fees - two hours
      • Example: Travel fee from our office to your office for technician to spend 1/2 hour to remedy Internet connection problem will be billed at the Network Rate of $105 per hour. This would mean an invoice of $210 to comply with our two-hour minimum.
